Hazelwood Green PLDP wins National Planning Award!

The Hazelwood Green Preliminary Land Development Plan (PLDP) is the recipient of the 2019 American Planning Association’s Sustainable Communities Division Award for Excellence in Sustainabilityfor Urban Design Plan or Development Project. The awards honor projects, plans, policies, individuals, and organizations whose work is dedicated to supporting sustainable communities. The planning process was led by ReMake Group acting as both principal planners and Owner’s Representative, in collaboration with Perkins + Will, Nelson\Nygaard, Civic Design and Planning, the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of City Planning and Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, Reed Smith LLP, Rocky Mountain Institute, KU Resources, and the Green Building Alliance.
